BETHANY, Mo. - Bethany's City Council approved an ordinance at its latest meeting to refinance a series of street bonds the city received several years ago.
City Administrator Jake Taylor told KXCV/KRNW that the bonds were a part of a road revitalization project.
Taylor said refinancing will save the city money on its bond repayment.KXCV-KRNW
